Operation and maintenance
Reliable long-term operation of electric charging equipment takes more than installation — continuous supervision, regular maintenance and fast fault handling matter just as much.
ALTE-GO provides a comprehensive operation and maintenance service for AC and DC charging equipment in corporate, residential and public environments alike. By supporting day-to-day operation we ensure reliable use and high availability of the chargers.
Our 24/7 customer service organises both the resolution of ad-hoc faults and scheduled maintenance, carried out by our nationwide technical team with many years of experience. Our technicians hold the necessary qualifications and also perform the protective-earthing inspection of the chargers.
The operation service is provided under resolution H1082/2020 of the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (MEKH).

Charging management and settlement
As part of the operation service we provide transparent tracking and settlement of charging sessions.

Charging tariffs are set by the owners of the charging equipment. Settlement can take place either as an immediate payment or as a periodic (e.g. monthly) summary. Charging fees are collected by ALTE-GO as a licensed e-mobility service provider and settled with the owners.

Connecting an existing charger to public charging is possible for chargers that support the OCPP 1.6 protocol.
