Bond issuance as a strategic source of financing
The bond issues have been, for ALTEO Nyrt., since 2011, a recurring financing instrument, and are among the most important sources of the company’s continuous expansion and operation. The two currently outstanding active bond series were issued under the scheme launched by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank in 2019, the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme (NKP) , with a total nominal value of 12,4 billion forints.
The ALTEO 2029/I bond was placed privately, the ALTEO 2031/I publicly; both have maturities longer than ten years and pay a fixed annual coupon. The issued bonds are recorded by the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE).
