Bond issuance as a strategic source of financing
Bond issuance has been a recurring financing tool of ALTEO Plc. **since 2011**, and is one of the most important sources of continuous expansion and operation. The two currently outstanding bond series were issued under the National Bank of Hungary’s **Growth Bond Programme (NKP)**, launched in 2019 — for a total nominal value of HUF 12.4 billion.
The ALTEO 2029/I bond was placed privately, the ALTEO 2031/I publicly; both have maturities longer than ten years and pay a fixed annual coupon. The issued bonds are recorded by the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE).
