In 2025 ALTEO Plc. significantly expanded its waste-management capacity by acquiring ÉLTEX Ltd., further strengthening the portfolio built up in previous years through acquisitions and its own investments. This brought ALTEO Circular into being, operating on the reinforced professional and infrastructural foundation.
The foundation of our operation is the exchange-grade transparency and compliance familiar from ALTEO Plc., permeating our entire operation from planning through execution to reporting. As a MOHU concession partner, we play a prominent role in the Hungarian waste-management system, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.
