Members of the Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board members’ mandates run until 3 April 2028, while Attila Gyula Sütő’s mandate runs until 30 April 2025.

Dr. Ákos Székely

Chair of the Supervisory Board
Bio

Dr Ákos Székely, economist, is the MOL Group’s Group-Level Deputy CEO for Finance. He has held finance leadership roles at the MOL Group and its subsidiaries since 2013. From 2013 to 2015 he was at Moltrans, Petrolszolg, SMAO, SlovnaftTrans and Geoinform, then CFO of TVK/MOL Petrolkémia and acting CFO of MOL Hungary. He joined the INA Group in February 2016 as CFO with responsibility for finance and IT. Since 2025 he has been the MOL Group’s Group-Level Deputy CEO for Finance. He holds an MSc in Management and Business Administration from the Budapesti University of Economic Sciences and a PhD from Corvinus University of Budapest.

Péter Kaderják

Bio

Mr. Kaderják graduated as an economist from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences, where he began his career as a research assistant and later became a university associate professor. In 1998 he was appointed Chief of Cabinet at the Ministry of Economy. From the 2000s onward he played a leading role in the Hungarian energy market — between 2002 and 2003 as President of the Hungarian Energy Office, and from the founding of the Regional Centre for Energy Policy Research (REKK) he led the institute for fourteen years. Between 2018 and 2021 he served as State Secretary responsible for energy and climate policy. Mr. Kaderják has unique experience in topics related to the green economy and energy, and is the author of numerous academic publications.

Márton Oláh

Bio

Márton Oláh has 25 years of experience in the capital and banking markets. He started his career at Creditanstalt Értékpapír Zrt.; between 1998 and 2004 he was head of trading at CAIB Értékpapír Zrt., and between 2004 and 2006 he served as managing director at HVB Bank. From 2008 to 2016 he was a Board member of BIF Nyrt. and managing director of the Futurmed group. From 2008 to 2015 he was a member of the investment committee of Central-Fund Kockázati Tőkealap-kezelő Zrt. Between 2015 and 2017 he held senior positions within the FHB Banking Group: in 2015 he was appointed Deputy CEO and then CEO of FHB Jelzálogbank Nyrt., and in parallel, from early 2015, became CEO and Board member of FHB Bank Zrt. In these roles he was responsible, among other things, for aligning activities between FHB and the Takarék Group and for improving the bank’s competitiveness. Márton Oláh has also been involved in the management of Diófa Alapkezelő Zrt.: between 2010 and 2017 he served as Chairman of the Board and managing director of the fund manager, from April 2021 he led the company as CEO for one year, and from March 2022 he continues his professional work as a Board member of Diófa Alapkezelő Zrt.
