Role of the committees

The transparent operation of the ALTEO Group is supported by several professional committees. The Supervisory Board oversees the Company; the Audit Committee assists the SB in the financial reporting system and in selecting the auditor; the Green Committee is responsible for enforcing sustainability considerations and overseeing the Green Finance Framework.
