As a public limited company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange, ALTEO Energiaszolgáltató Nyrt. informs its shareholders and market participants in accordance with both mandatory and voluntarily undertaken rules. Our disclosure obligation is based on the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (Tpt.), the disclosure regulations of the MNB, the General Business Code of the Budapest Stock Exchange, as well as the provisions of the IFRS financial reporting standards.
