Purpose and scope of the Code of Ethics
The standards set in the ALTEO Group Code of Ethics set higher requirements for the group’s employees than today’s applicable law. Through the Code of Ethics we wish to reinforce this commitment toward our employees and business partners.
At the ALTEO Group we always aim higher. As a thinking, forward-looking organisation we believe that, by operating in line with our values and building on our credibility and our partners’ trust, we can be successful in the long term. We are committed to integrity, responsible operation and full adherence to the high ethical standards we set for ourselves.
“We wish to draw the attention of our employees and business partners to the cases and activities to be observed or avoided that could arise from breaches of applicable law or our internal rules. We want to provide an anchor for our employees in the not-clearly-defined situations that fall into the “lawful but unethical” category.”
The Code of Ethics must be observed by every leader and employee of the ALTEO Group (ALTEO Plc. and the companies under its direct or indirect control), as well as by any person acting on behalf of the ALTEO Group. We also expect our suppliers, subcontractors, contracted, sponsored and supported partners and other stakeholders to act in accordance with the Code of Ethics.
I believe that, operating along the values above and the guidance set out in the Code of Ethics, the ALTEO Group and its community of colleagues can continue to be more productive than average while providing security to every stakeholder in the future as well.

Values held by the ALTEO Group
We work with our colleagues, partners and external stakeholders along these values. The full list (human rights, commitment, expertise and excellence, effectiveness) is in Chapter 2 of the Code of Ethics.
Reporting and reporter protection
The ALTEO Group firmly stands by the principle that those making an ethics report must not suffer any retaliation or harm — even if the good-faith report does not reveal an unlawful act or breach. The report can be anonymous.
A report can be made in any case that relates to the application of the Code of Ethics and is of concern to the reporter; if a circumstance jeopardises the company’s integrity; or whenever an employee or business partner otherwise considers it necessary.
“The reporter may turn to their direct manager, the Director of Ethics, Compliance and Control directly, by post, via the ALTEO Group’s online ethics line or by email. The “hotline” is available 24/7, 365 days a year — reports may also be submitted anonymously.”
Want to report an ethics concern?
The detailed reporting interface — including the anonymous-reporting option, channel list and investigation process (Assessment → Investigation → Decision → Report, with 60+30 day deadlines) — is available on the Whistleblowing sub-page.
For compliance questions
