Important information about invoicing

- Please send invoices to szamla@alteo.hu.
- Showing the ALTEO purchase order number (PO number) and the ALTEO group tax ID on the invoice is mandatory.
- For services, the number of the ALTEO-issued Certificate of Completion (TIG) must be shown and the TIG document attached to the invoice.
- For material deliveries, a copy of the delivery note also signed by ALTEO must be attached.
- Without these data and documents we cannot accept the invoices and they will be returned. We kindly ask for your cooperation and thank you in advance for consistently following the above requirements.
